La tempesta Eunice si abbatte sul Nord Europa e sullo shakedown della Mercedes W31 che fa pochi giri a Silverstone con George Russell: “Non facile, ma più o meno siamo in linea con quanto abbiamo visto al simulatore”.
Gli occhi esperti (?) dei tecnici del web dicono che l’ultima nata di Stoccarda sposa una filosofia totalmente diversa dalla Ferrari. Che almeno quanto a meteo non va meglio, visto che Leclerc e Sainz a Fiorano si muove nella nebbia.
C’è anche Hamilton alla presentazione del team, è la prima uscita ufficiale dal letargo lunghissimo dopo la mazzata di Abu Dhabi. Dice che al ritiro non ci ha mai seriamente pensato, ma quell’ultimo giro non lo cancella nessuno:
